Warranty Policy
We offer one lifetime free cleaning and maintenance service for all jewelry and lab grown diamond products. Our one year warranty covers manufacturing defects of the item. If stones fall out or metal deformation occurs due to inherent product quality issues within one year, we provide free stone resetting and repair service. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use accidental collision or man made scratches.
Shipping Policy
Before shipment we will send real clear photos and short videos for buyers to confirm the item condition. We arrange international courier delivery once buyers approve the goods. All shipments come with trackable logistics information for you to check delivery status anytime.
Return & Exchange Policy
Please contact our support team via WhatsApp or Email immediately once you receive damaged or incorrect goods. All return or exchange requests need to be raised within 7 calendar days after parcel delivery. Products must remain in original unused condition with intact packaging. Custom made items including custom cut lab grown diamonds and personalized jewelry are non returnable and non exchangeable unless there are manufacturing defects.
Resizing Service
We provide free resizing service for rings bracelets and necklaces within one year from purchase date. Custom resizing work needs prior confirmation before sending items back to our workshop. Buyers take responsibility for shipping cost of sending goods back to our factory.
Repair & Maintenance
Beyond the one year warranty period we still accept repair orders with reasonable service charge. Our lifetime one time free cleaning service is available for all purchased jewelry pieces. Daily wear scratches or damage from impact will be charged separately for repair.
